WHAT’S UP: TRYING TO BE OPTIMISTIC

Today marks the first month ever since our classes started. I thought fourth year college will be less stressful compared to the previous years but I guess I was wrong. It's way more stressful than the other years. Imagine I have to divide myself into three just for my school life; one for acads (studying for subjects), one for thesis (paper works) and one for thesis implementation (the actual work).

WHAT’S MAKING ME STRESS RIGHT NOW:

Gaining weight
Severe acne
No exercise
Thesis. thesis.thesis
Bazaaaaaaarrrr
Stress Eating
School


If you notice my IG, I don't post self portraits anymore because I've been having acne's, lots and lots of acne's due to stress. I tried using several products already but I guess the problem is already in my hormones. If ever I have a time, I'll try to visit a derma regarding this condition.

Another thing that's happening to me  now is that I've been having mixed emotions because I miss my siblings, the piles of work that I have to do and I’m feeling kind of overwhelmed. A part of me is feeling very tired and wanting to give up, feeling like I'm going to be crazy because I don't know what to do first but another part of me is telling me that I have to stay positive and finish these things, everything will pay off in due time.

I know I can do this.

WHAT’S MAKING ME HAPPY RIGHT NOW:

Sushi (my dog)
Fruits

In times like this, it's very important to keep ourselves inspired and motivated. We have to find ways to keep the fire burning because if we wont then who will?
